The Breton Riviera your next stopover in South Finistère

Welcome to the Breton Riviera, the jewel in the crown of southern Brittany! This exceptional area is made up of seven towns: three seaside towns classified as tourist resorts: Bénodet, Fouesnant-les Glénan and La Forêt-Fouesnant – Port-la-Forêt and four towns in the heart of nature : Clohars-Fouesnant, Gouesnac’h, Pleuven and Saint-Evarzec.

It’s a place where you can relax, unwind and enjoy a holiday at your own pace, combining the sea, nature, heritage and gourmet delights.

    A concentration of Breton landscapes

With its fine sandy beaches, wild coves, heavenly islands and lively marinas, the Breton Riviera offers a remarkable diversity of landscapes. It’s the epitome of Brittany, a place to discover as the seasons, tides and moods take you. You’ll even find a flower that’s unique in the world: the Glénan narcissus, emblem of the archipelago of the same name.

Sea, nature, heritage: a destination to explore

    Head for the Glénan archipelago

Just 15km off the coast, discover the Glénan islands: a picture-postcard setting of white sand and turquoise waters. Accessible by boat from April to September from Bénodet, Beg-Meil and Port-la-Forêt, the archipelago promises an unforgettable experience, with a guided cruise and a stopover on the island of Saint-Nicolas.

    A land of hikes

Looking for a breath of fresh air? With almost 250km of waymarked footpaths, the Breton Riviera can also be discovered on foot! The famous GR®34 – le sentier des douaniers – runs along the coast, offering breathtaking views of the Mer Blanche, the Mousterlin marshes and the Penfoulic ponds. Ideal for bird-watching or family outings.
